Common Questions

CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) is the industry-standard qualification required to become a licensed mortgage adviser in the UK. It's awarded by the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) and consists of three units.

Most students complete all three units in 3–6 months with consistent study. With focused coaching, many of my students pass in as little as 8–12 weeks. It depends on your prior experience, available study time, and the package you choose.

Yes — all sessions can be delivered via Zoom. I also offer in-person tuition in the London and Surrey areas. Many students find online sessions just as effective, with the added flexibility of booking evenings or weekends.

No problem — a significant number of my students come to me after a failed attempt. We'll diagnose exactly where things went wrong and build a targeted plan to get you over the line. My resit pass rate is 98%.

Yes. For the Full CeMAP Programme, if you complete all sessions, submit all mock exams, and follow the study plan — but still don't pass — I'll refund your coaching fee in full. I'm that confident in the process.
